Your "Tassy" is a robot that automatically send THAT E-MAIL to every e-mail address it grabbed at any website.
When she said, "I saw you at xxx", just replace that xxx with the website where "she" found your email address.
Dull.
I just received a similar email and search the email address "she" left. The first result comes with your blog.
Be careful about these bad guys.
