TODAY IN BRAIN DETOX

After a few weeks of being overwhelmed by other people's business I have no business knowing on facebook and turning to Law & Order: Special Victims Unit to forget it all, I realized that my brain is full of crap. 

So I am going to not watch TV or go on facebook for one week. Monday May 23rd - Sunday May 29th. 

We'll see how that goes!!
